I have been in the BNI Champaign WELLDIGGERS chapter since 2005.

Just recently, I reviewed my marketing costs and found that I received 3 times the income from my BNI chapter as I do from my Yellow Pages ad but my Yellow Page ad costs 6 times what my BNI dues cost. I still think I should advertise so I reduced my Yellow Page costs by half.

I just want to thank BNI but send a big THANK YOU to my WELLDIGGERS Chapter.

BNI has worked tremedously for my business. I work in an idustry that is known for it's turnover so my biggest challege is convincing people that I am going to stick around and be their agent for the long haul. By being at meetings every week and referring people to my members I have built that trust with them and it have been profitable for both of us.

Having been a member of BNI for 8 years, I just want to congratulate the Anniversary of August 8, 2007 as 10 years in the Bloomington/Normal area. What a joy and constant friend the members have been to me. The referrals, support, friendships and love have been a major part of my business.

I have been in BNI since 1999 and have met so many great people it is hard to think about how many people I know because of BNI. I became self-employed because of BNI. Becoming a member gave me the courage to make that jump knowing that my fellow BNI members would support me. They did support me and still support me today.

I am also an Executive Diector for BNI responsible for the operation of all the chapters in the Central IL Region. I get to meet and talk to people everyday who are trying to grow a new or existing business while navigating through life. It is so much fun to watch people grow and learn. I like to think that this is my way of giving back to people that helped me start my business.
